Why magic bag, and why is there a time limit for pick-up?
Our mission is to facilitate a world without food waste. It's hard to predict food surplus precisely, and each store has different scenarios everday. So stores decide what to put inside the bags and when to sell its magic bags.
What if I don't pick up my bag on time?
After you place your order, the store will reserve a magic bag for you, and no one else can buy it. If you don't pick up your bag on time, the food will eventually go to waste. The original intention of X BAG is to save food. If you do not take the bag within the specified time, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
What if I can't pick up my bag in time after placing an order?
First of all, you can voluntarily cancel the order, subject to the following conditions:
1. You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it;
2. The order can be cancelled at least 5 hours from the pickup deadline.
If you can't cancel the order, you can join our community and transfer the order to another user. If there are special circumstances, please contact the store by phone on the product page for their support.
