Together with our business partners, we launched ’X 1% Action’: 1% of the sales revenue from each magic bag will be donated to One Planet Foundation in Shenzhen, to support WWF’s climate actions.
More than 100+ brands joined our action, and proactively reduce food waste with us in their daily operations.
Sustainable Gastronomy Day
Together with the World Wide Fund and the One Planet Foundation, the Sustainable Gastronomy Day Campaign has been launched. The event invited WWF star volunteers Peng Yuchang and Zhou Ye, Michelin restaurant LING LONG chef Jason Liu, SUSU& PAK PAK co-founder Amy Li, and many other well-known celebrities, as well as X 1% action brands to jointly promote the concept of sustainable gastronomy. On March 23, as the official partner of China 2024 Earth Hour, X BAG actively responded to the call of WWF. Together with X 1% Action brands in Changsha, we invite local users to turn off their lights and pick up their magic bags by walking, running or riding, promoting both healthy and sustainable lifestyles. Play and Learn about Food Waste
On the third anniversary of the Anti-Food Waste Law of China, in order to let more people better understand the impacts of food waste, we jointly launched a special magazine issue on food and food waste. We hope that through this interesting and interactive content, we can help children understand food, understand food waste, and encourage children to reduce food waste in their daily life. Learn more
‘Feedback’ Magic Bag
The ‘Feedback’ Magic Bag is a social welfare activity initiated by X BAG providing free magic bags to specific groups.
Targeting groups include the disabled, seriously ill, low-income, and sanitation workers. After identity certifications issued by relevant organizations, magic bags are donated free of charge to designated groups. Groups in need can go to nearby stores with their claim vouchers and receive the magic bag like other users, obtaining food “equally."
Currently, the ‘Feedback’ Magic Bag is being promoted and implemented in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Chongqing.
